Turning Uber Eats into more than Uber Eats
In 2021, as Uber Eats expanded beyond meals, it needed a unified narrative to showcase its diverse offerings like groceries and alcohol. We tested multiple RTBs to find what resonated with customers and built a content ecosystem across channels. From there, I developed a design framework and messaging toolkit to ensure consistent and impactful communication, positioning Uber Eats as the go-to platform for delivery.
