Uber Weekly service fee Video
Challenge: Uber drivers often feel frustrated by service fees and may not understand where the money goes. Uber tasked me with creating a short video to show the value drivers receive and clarify the breakdown of third-party fees, ensuring it was simple, visually compelling, and easy to digest.
The Approach: I set out to create a video that balanced clear, concise messaging with engaging visuals. By breaking down the complex fee structure into easily understandable elements, I helped drivers see the full picture of how earnings and costs are allocated, emphasizing transparency and value.

scheduled Shared Rides
Challenge: While many riders were familiar with Uber Pool or Shared Rides, few were aware that they could now schedule these rides in advance. Our goal was to introduce the Scheduled Shared Rides feature, showing how it helps riders plan ahead, lock in lower prices, and simplify their daily commute.
Approach: I created a short, approachable video using simplified product UI and clear visuals to walk through the Scheduled Shared Rides experience—how it works, when to schedule, and how it helps save money. The animation aimed to build awareness, ease concerns about sharing a ride, and position scheduling as a stress-free, budget-friendly option.

Uber Taxi Social
The Challenge: With the launch of Uber Taxi, Uber aimed to address market demand by making traditional taxis accessible through the app. The challenge was to educate customers about the unique benefits of Uber Taxi, and needed a campaign that would not only inform but also encourage both churned and new users in key markets to try Uber Taxi.
Approach: We created social assets that highlighted the mix of traditional taxi familiarity with Uber's convenience and safety, designed to boost awareness and encourage trial in key markets.
