Uber Eats Consumer Allergy Refresh

Uber Eats came to us to help launch a new product for users with food allergies—positioning them as the safest, most reliable option for allergy-friendly ordering. I led a fast-turn sprint that brought clarity to the experience and proved how bold storytelling paired with smart UI can drive consumer trust and adoption.

The work
In just three days, I concepted and designed a set of assets to present to Uber leadership—showing how functional UI could pair with good design and storytelling to create clearer, more engaging CRM and in-app assets.

My role
I led creative concepting and design, partnering with illustrator Paola Cabrera to build a system that was informative, empathetic, and visually distinctive. Credits: Paola Cabrera–Illustrator, Ingrid Jiménez–Animation

The impact
The success of the presentation led to a full design exploration and the creation of scalable CRM guidelines. The creative helped set a new standard for CRM creative and sparked a broader initiative to unify and elevate Uber Eats’ communication design.

Uber Eats Group Repeat Orders

Uber Eats was launching a new Repeat Orders feature—aimed at making reordering favorites feel as effortless as a craving. The creative challenge: bring that tap-and-go convenience to life through a story that felt simple, smart, and unmistakably Uber.

The work
We developed a hero video built around the idea of “set it, forget it, eat it again.” With playful storytelling and everyday scenarios, we showed how Repeat Orders makes getting your favorites faster and easier—without overexplaining.

My role
I helped with the art direction from storyboard to production—designing overlays, shaping the visual style, and collaborating closely with the director and production team on food styling, casting, props, wardrobe, and set design. ACD—Beth Ouayro, Tim Landry—CD copy, Fernando Munoz Puga—CD art

The impact
The campaign helped introduce Repeat Orders with a clear, compelling message and laid the foundation for future product-driven storytelling across channels.
