In cybersecurity, milliseconds matter—threats break through and opportunities disappear. Gigamon partnered with us to reposition the brand as the real-time visibility leader, protecting networks without slowing them down.
The Challenge
Shift Gigamon from hardware-first to cloud-forward in under eight weeks.
The idea
We launched Don’t Blink, a high-urgency campaign built around the power of milliseconds.
My role
As Art Director, I helped shape the core idea and led design execution across all touchpoints, partnering closely with creative leads and the client to deliver a bold, cohesive system.
The impact
40% increase in qualified leads. 2× engagement on cloud pages. Launched Hawk and secured Gigamon’s agency-of-record partnership
Manifesto: Milliseconds Matter
You want to hear something crazy?
A 1 millisecond advantage could boost a high-speed trading firm’s earnings by as much as $100 million.
And apparently people will visit a website less often if it’s 250 milliseconds slower than a competitor’s.
And there are also literally millions of attacks on networks happening every second.
So, I guess what we’re saying here is if you work at a company, and that company has a network, and that network is important to that company, then we have some advice for you:
Don’t Blink.
Stock and MidJourney Photography
We used high-speed, freeze-frame photography to reflect the core message: in today’s digital world, milliseconds matter. Each image captures a split-second moment—threat or opportunity—emphasizing urgency.
Design System
The Don’t Blink system was built to capture the speed, stakes, and split-second nature of modern cybersecurity. At its core is a custom wordmark—simple, clean, and unapologetically bold—anchoring a visual language designed for motion and urgency.
A high-contrast palette and assertive type system help key stats and messages hit fast. High-speed, freeze-frame photography shows both threats and opportunities in motion—reminding us that in just a millisecond, you could spot an attack or miss a critical moment.
Together, these elements create a unified system that visualizes the core idea: milliseconds matter. Every component—type, color, imagery, and data—works in sync to build tension, heighten awareness, and deliver a story that’s as fast and focused as the world it represents.
