Turning Uber Eats into more than Eats

As Uber Eats expanded beyond meals, it needed a unified narrative to showcase its diverse offerings like groceries, alcohol, beauty, home, baby, electronics and more. We tested multiple RTBs to find what resonated with customers and built a content ecosystem across channels. From there, I developed a design framework and messaging toolkit to ensure consistent and impactful communication, positioning Uber Eats as the go-to platform for literally anything
