Uber Eats Consumer Allergy Refresh

Uber Eats asked us to launch their allergy-friendly ordering—positioning them as the safest, most reliable option. I led a fast-turn sprint that proved bold storytelling and functional UI can drive trust and adoption.

The work
In just three days, I concepted, designed, and presented a full set of CRM and in-app assets—first to internal stakeholders, then live to Uber leadership. This project doubled as a pilot design exploratory, showing how a unified system could bring consistency across product marketing CRM assets while cutting production time in half.

The impact
The sprint’s success led to the development of scalable CRM guidelines, with learnings adopted across all of Uber’s product marketing CRM campaigns. The results secured a retainer with Uber, expanded our partnership, and set a new creative standard for future launches

 
 
 
 

Uber Eats Repeat Orders

Uber Eats launched Repeat Orders—a feature designed to make reordering favorites feel as effortless as a craving. Our challenge: bring that tap-and-go ease to life in a way that felt simple, smart, and undeniably Uber.

The work
We created a hero video built around “set it, forget it, eat it again”—using playful storytelling and relatable moments to show how effortless reordering can be.

My role

The impact
The campaign helped introduce Repeat Orders with a clear, compelling message and laid the foundation for future product-driven storytelling across channels.

Uber Taxi Social

 

The Challenge: With the launch of Uber Taxi, Uber aimed to address market demand by making traditional taxis accessible through the app. The challenge was to educate customers about the unique benefits of Uber Taxi, and needed a campaign that would not only inform but also encourage both churned and new users in key markets to try Uber Taxi.

Approach: We created social assets that highlighted the mix of traditional taxi familiarity with Uber's convenience and safety, designed to boost awareness and encourage trial in key markets.
